2. Hosting
The service infrastructure is hosted in Europe. Email relay is provided by mail2rest.com.
3. Purpose of the Service
fckemail provides free, temporary disposable email addresses. The service is receive-only: users cannot send emails. Generated addresses expire automatically after a limited period (default: 1 hour).
4. Cookies
This website does not use any cookies. Language preference is determined from your browser's Accept-Language header and stored in your browser's local storage. No third-party trackers, analytics, or advertising cookies are used.
5. Data Handling
- Temporary email addresses are created on demand and automatically deleted upon expiration.
- Received emails are stored only for the lifetime of the temporary address. Once the address expires, all associated emails are permanently deleted.
- No personal information is required to use the service.
- We do not sell, share, or transfer any data to third parties.
- Server logs may be retained for operational monitoring and abuse prevention purposes. These logs are not cross-referenced or used for identification.
6. Fair Use & API
The service is provided free of charge for personal, reasonable use. Automated mass creation of email addresses, scraping, or any form of abuse is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to block or rate-limit abusive usage without notice.
7. Liability Disclaimer
fckemail is provided "as is" with no guarantee of availability, uptime, or data integrity. The operator shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use this service. Do not use fckemail for critical communications.
8. Intellectual Property
The fckemail name, logo, design, and source code are the exclusive property of their respective owner. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
9. Applicable Law
This service and these terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
